To help you understand the types of services we offer in bookkeeping, we have created some packages that are most common. They are customizable to your needs, but they give you an idea of the types of work we handle for clients.

Judy is a CPB Certified Professional Bookkeeper with the Institute of Professional Bookkeepers of Canada. We are also a Sage 50 Pro Advisor for Sage Accounting. That means that we provide you with a custom accounting of your business, and keep your finances organized so you can focus on growing your business.

Packages

Basic Package
(Monthly)

  • Accounts receivable including data entry. Client does invoicing.
  • Accounts payable including data entry. Client pays invoices.
  • Government remittances.
  • Bank reconciliation.
  • Client sorts receipts into categories.
  • Financial statements prepared annually.
  • Year end preparation.

Premium Package
(Weekly or Bi-Weekly)

  • Accounts receivable including data entry. Client does invoicing.
  • Accounts payable including data entry. Client pays invoices or cheques can be prepared for you.
  • Government remittances.
  • Bank and credit card reconciliation.
  • Bi-weekly payroll, T-4 preparation, government remittances and WSIB.
  • Receipts including sorting.
  • Financial Statements prepared quarterly.
  • Quarterly review meeting.
  • Monthly phone support (up to 30 minutes during regular business hours).
  • Year end preparation.

Optimum Package
(Weekly or Bi-Weekly)

  • Accounts receivable including data entry and invoicing if required.
  • Accounts payable. Client pays invoices or cheques or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) can be prepared for you.
  • Government remittances.
  • Bank and credit card reconciliation.
  • Receipts including sorting.
  • Bi-weekly payroll, T-4 preparation, government remittances and WSIB.
  • Financial Statements prepared monthly with a monthly review meeting.
  • Unlimited phone support during regular business hours.
  • Year end preparation is coordinated with CRA, accountants and lenders.
  • Management reporting with optional project and inventory reporting.
  • Annual insight session including strategic planning.
